All FL&L Muses earn 1 point for every $1 USD spent, which can be exchanged for discount codes in your Loyalty Dashboard. But that’s just the beginning–your benefits grow as you move up through the tiers.

FL&L Muses earn 1 point for every $1 USD spent. You will also have the opportunity to earn points by participating in exclusive product design surveys—offering you a chance to help shape future collections.
Your points and tier level can be tracked in your Loyalty Dashboard, which is located within your account page.
Your points may appear as pending while a new order processes or after completing a return.
Your tier status and points are valid for one year from the date they are earned. After this one year, your points will be reduced and your status will be downgraded unless you requalify based on more recent point earnings
Tier status is valid for one year from the date it’s earned. If you’ve been downgraded, it means that the one-year period has ended, and you did not requalify for your previous tier during that time.
No, using your points will not affect your tier status. Once you earn a tier, your status is locked in for one year, regardless of how you redeem your points.
You will receive points based on the equivalent transaction value in USD: 1 point per dollar spent.
You can exchange your points for discounts in your Loyalty Dashboard by selecting an amount of points to exchange for a preset discount. Once the exchange is complete, you will be given a discount code to apply at checkout. This discount is not stackable with other discounts and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
You will maintain the points earned on returned items. However, if you return an item purchased with a point discount, you will not earn back your points or your discount.
